How do I create an account?
Download ServSmart Translate from the App Store, open it and tap Sign Up. You can register with your email address or sign in with your Google account. -
How do I submit a translation or transcription request?
From the Home screen, choose the service you need (Document Translation, Website Translation, Editing & Proofreading, etc.), follow the on-screen steps to upload your file and select your language pair, then submit. You'll receive notifications as your order progresses. -
What file formats are supported?
We support PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, and common image formats (JPG, PNG). For audio transcription, MP3 and WAV files are accepted. Maximum file size is 50 MB per upload. -
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Manage Subscription inside the app to view your current plan, switch plans, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also manage your subscription through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. -
I was charged but my subscription is not active — what should I do?
Please email us at info@servsmart-qa.com with your Apple ID and approximate purchase date. We'll investigate and resolve the issue within one business day. -
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and select Request a Refund. For any other refund concerns contact us directly. -
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen tap Forgot Password? and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. -
The app is crashing or not loading — what should I do?
Try these steps in order: (1) Force-close and relaunch the app. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Update the app to the latest version from the App Store. (4) Restart your iPhone. If the problem persists, email us at info@servsmart-qa.com with your device model and iOS version. -
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email info@servsmart-qa.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
